• Leading the D365 Supply Chain and Mfg Workstream
• 8 – 10 yrs Hands on experience with D365 SCM and Mfg
• Preferably certified with MS MB-320
• Coordinating with the technical team to ensure their queries are clarified
• Converting business requirements into the most efficient technical models
• Hands-on with creating BRD, FDD, Solution blueprint
• Breakdown client’s and product business processes, to map out and link any functional and non functional requirements
• Analyzing and designing solutions for applications, matching processes that fit application requirements seamlessly
• Manage gaps detected during prototyping
• Prototyping and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 processes that make our client’s systems and products run smoothly and swiftly
• Documenting the process, informing and preparing clients during critical moments in the project
• Creating test scenarios to cover the business processes being implemented
• Leading the testing of the proposed system
• Training users and explaining complex reasoning behind changes.
• Good understanding ERP Business Processes, industry vertical knowledge –Discrete & Process manufacturing.
• Must have industry experience and understands challenges and risks when implementing vertical applications.
• Played functional roles for 4-5 end to end projects.
• Involvement and support to Pre-sales team
• Knowledge on Integration between modules in D365
• Implementation of Core and advanced Microsoft Dynamics D365
