Payroll Exp
- Candidates should have 5 + years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll as a Functional consultant Functional; he/she should have 1-2 implementation experience. Worked with GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) customers .
- Develop a specific SAP Solution from Blueprinting, Configuration, Testing and Production Support
- 5-7 years of experience in design and configuration of Payroll
- SAP payroll configuration for Gross payroll and Net Payroll
- Excellent knowledge (>5 years) in areas HCM Modules like PA, OM
- Strong knowledge and understanding on Payroll and Time Management schemas and PCRs
- Experience in handling ESS / MSS, Workflows
- Integration with SAP FI and with Third party FI (Finance)
- Integration of Employee Central (EC)
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of integration with Compensation and Time Management
Time Management & CATS
- Absence, Attendance, Absence quota processing
- Experience in CATS timesheet and data transfer
- experience in customizing time schemas and PCRs
- Good knowledge on Positive and negative time functionality
- Strong in team interaction with inter-personal skills & good teamwork spirit.
- Prepare functionality specifications and deliver to ABAP developers
- Knowledge on Enhancements according to the functional requirement – User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs. Along with Debugging basics for initial troubleshoot
